Realty ONE Group Bahamas is located in the capitol of Nassau. The main office hub is a small, sleek open plan concept with ample desk space and modern equipment and design to allow agents to work with purpose and achieve top performance. There is a private conference room that allows client meetings, a well-positioned reception desk that greets customers, a kitchen area and a separate office for the broker.
The office with its minimalistic design, recessed lighting and high ceilings is located in a well know plaza on Shirley St, one of the main thoroughfares of the city and minutes away from luxurious Paradise Island, shopping, dining restaurants, beaches and more. The main office hub will allow agents across the islands to connect virtually for team meetings.

With 15 years of experience assisting families near and far in a broad level of transactions, ranging from remote island parcels to multi-million dollar estates, Monica launched her career in real estate in 2007 – just before property sales took a nosedive after the 2007-2008 global
recession.
In such a slow market it would have been easy for her to have thrown in the towel, butafter a tough slough, each year she committed to absorbing as much knowledge as possible about real estate trends locally and globally and the luxury property market. That dedication led her to consecutively list and sell million-dollar properties, including a high profile sale that catapulted her to the title of Top Producer. She intends to bring that passion and zest to the launching of Realty One GroupBahamas ad establish a trail-blazing team of agents across the Islands.My focus is on people’s needs and delivering an exceptional home selling or buying experience with integrity, expertise, teamwork and personality. Born and raised in the Bahamas, it is my sincere pleasure to help all persons succeed in this industry and build a #1 agency.
