This gem sits on the shoreline of the most vibrant colored waters, in The Bahamas. The Andros barrier reef is just ½ mile out. You can snorkel 10’ from the beach & encounter living coral heads with an abundance of tropical fish, conch & lobster. The front room, master bedroom, patio, and full one bedroom apartment all have amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The large windows allow for a pleasant tropical breeze. The lodge has an owner’s residence, a 1 (one) bedroom apartment, a large 2 (two) bedroom apartment & an oversized efficiency. That is 3 (three) income generating, rental apartments! Facing the Queen’s Highway is a small variety store & behind the store is a large storage area. The building has been built strongly, over the years. Having 1st built the residence & then building 4 (four) later additions, several of the interior walls were built originally as exterior walls. The full exterior is covered with hardi-plank! The under-roof interior is approximately 2,744 sq. ft. of living space. It is supplied with running city water & electricity from the local power company.
